Shipping via Royal Mail means that we are subject to their Terms and Conditions, to which a copy of their T&C’s can be found here. We advise that you read these carefully before placing your order.
We aim to deliver parcels within the time frames specified on our site. However, there are times when delays may occur which are beyond our control. Wisteria London Ltd shall have no liability for any failure to deliver goods, any delays in delivery or for any damage or defect to goods caused by any of the following events or circumstances beyond reasonable control: riots, fires, acts of God, drought, war or legislation.
Wisteria London LTD will not be held responsible for any items that are lost via Royal Mail delivery service. Once your order has been dispatched it will be in the care of Royal Mail. Wisteria London LTD will obtain a proof of postage on all Royal Mail deliveries.
We do ask that you wait the allocated time frame before querying where your order is as we use a Royal Mail delivery service that does not allow us to track your order (unless a tracked service has been selected. We will also provide the tracking number for the tracked service.) Royal Mail will only investigate a query once the delivery time scale has passed. We will however keep you informed throughout the delivery process and email you (providing an email has been entered at time of ordering) confirming once the parcel has been dispatched. Once dispatched, the order will be in the care of Royal Mail.

Any items ordered from the Wisteria London Ltd website can be returned unworn for a full refund within a 14 day period starting from the date of delivery.
Please note due to hygiene reasons and in compliance with EU regulations we cannot accept the return of earrings unless faulty.
Assuming that our returns policy has been adhered to returned goods will be credited within 7-10 days of receiving them.
Shipping costs will not be refunded unless the item is faulty. You will be responsible for the item(s) until they reach us and we suggest that you use a reputable and secure delivery service and retain proof of postage. You will have to provide proof of purchase from Wisteria London Ltd in order to receive a refund.
