Wisteria London Ltd will not be held responsible for any items that are lost via Royal Mail delivery service. Once your order has been dispatched it will be in the care of Royal Mail. Wisteria London Ltd will obtain a proof of postage on all Royal Mail deliveries.
We do ask that you wait the allocated time frame before querying where your order is as we use a Royal Mail delivery service that does not allow us to track your order. Royal Mail will only investigate a query once the delivery time scale has passed(unless a tracked service has been selected. We will also provide the tracking number for the tracked service.) We will however keep you informed throughout the delivery process and email you (providing an email has been entered at time of ordering) confirming once the parcel has been dispatched. Once dispatched, the order will be in the care of Royal Mail.

RETURNS AND CANCELLATION PERIOD
Any items ordered from the Wisteria London Ltd website can be returned unworn for a full refund within a 14 day period starting from the date of delivery for UK orders only. International customers can return items up to 28 days starting from date of delivery.
Please note due to hygiene reasons and in compliance with EU regulations we cannot accept the return of earrings unless faulty.
Assuming that our returns policy has been adhered to, returned goods will be credited within 7-10 days of receiving them.
Shipping costs will not be refunded unless the item is faulty. You will be responsible for the item(s) until they reach us and we suggest that you use a reputable and secure delivery service and retain proof of postage. You will have to provide proof of purchase from Wisteria London Ltd in order to receive a refund.

As one of your statutory rights you the consumer have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your purchase (subject to the exemptions stated below)
We kindly ask customers who wish to exercise this right of cancelling their order to return the goods unused in the original packaging with all user tags. You should keep evidence of having given notice of cancellation such as an email receipt.
To cancel your contract you must notify us of your decision by email to email@example.com using the subject header ‘Cancellation’ and supplying your order number and address.
Returned items must be in their original packaging in the condition in which they were received. Wisteria London will not accept the return of any item that has been worn. Shipping costs are not refunded unless the item is faulty. You will be responsible for the item(s) until they reach us and we suggest that you use a secure delivery service that requires a signature for proof of receipt. You will have to provide your proof of purchase from Wisteria London in order to receive a refund.
If you receive an incorrect order we will refund your payment in full including your return carriage. Please contact us in the first instance at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will either arrange collection or instruct how to return the goods.
If you receive an item that has been damaged or that is incorrect please email us within 14 days of receipt detailing your order number and a description of the fault/incorrect item(s) to email@example.com.
