ONLINE ORDERS
Payment in whole by credit card, debit card or PayPal is required before dispatch of goods.
Once payment has been received by Wisteria London Ltd we will confirm that your order has been accepted by sending a confirmation email to you at the email address provided in your online order form. This email is a confirmation that we have received your order.
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Items in your shopping basket are not reserved and may be purchased by other customers.
Unless you cancel your order, acceptance of your order and completion of the contract between you and Wisteria London Ltd will be completed when the goods have been dispatched.
We reserve the right not to accept your order in the event that we are unable to obtain authorisation for payment, if shipping restrictions apply to a particular item, if the item ordered is out of stock or does not satisfy our quality standards and is withdrawn or if there is an error in pricing or content. We may also refuse to process or accept a transaction for any reason or refuse service to anyone at any time at our sole discretion. We will not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss, damage or expense arising from not accepting your order and we have no liability to you by way of compensation other than to refund the amount paid for the goods in question.

PRICING
Whilst we try and ensure that all details, descriptions and prices which appear on the website are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of any goods which you have ordered we will inform you of this as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. If we are unable to contact you we will treat the order as cancelled. If you cancel and have already paid for the goods, you will receive a full refund.
All prices on the Wisteria London website are shown in GBP (Pounds Sterling) and are inclusive of VAT. For customers purchasing outside of the UK currency fluctuations and credit card charges may affect the amount billed on your credit card. Please note that you will be liable for import duties in the usual way and your local customs office will be able to help you with this.
All invoices for Wisteria London Ltd will be invoiced in GBP (Pound Sterling)
Please note that prices listed on the site or in any printed publications are correct at the time of publishing and we reserve the right to amend these without prior notification.
PROMOTIONAL CODES
We may from time to time offer promotional discount codes. Promotional codes may only be applied to purchases of full price items and cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer, sale or discount.
If you wish to apply a voucher code to your order, you must enter the relevant code during the online checkout process. Only one voucher code can be used per order and the discount cannot be applied retrospectively. Additional terms and conditions may apply in respect of each voucher code. We reserve the right to decline to accept any voucher code that is invalid to your order or that has expired.

We offer all our new sign ups to our newsletter 10% off their first order. Please note that this code is valid for one purchase per person per transaction only. You will receive your code via email once your subscription to our newsletter has been confirmed. Please apply your voucher code during the online checkout process. The discount cannot be applied retrospectively and cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers. We reserve the right to decline to accept any voucher code that is invalid or that has expired.

We offer several levels of delivery service and we will make every effort to make sure deliveries are made within the specified time frame as per the chosen delivery type. **Please note and take into consideration when ordering that weekends and Bank holidays are classed as non working days**

Unfortunately, it is not possible to make any amendments to your order once your order has been placed.
Shipping via Royal Mail means that we are subject to their Terms and Conditions, to which a copy of their T&C’s can be found here. We advise that you read these carefully before placing your order.
We aim to deliver parcels within the time frames specified on our site, however, there are times when delays may occur which are beyond our control. Wisteria London Ltd shall have no liability for any failure to deliver goods, any delays in delivery or for any damage or defect to goods caused by any of the following events or circumstances beyond reasonable control: riots, fires, acts of God, drought, war or legislation.
Wisteria London Ltd will not be held responsible for any items that are lost via Royal Mail delivery service. Once your order has been dispatched it will be in the care of Royal Mail. Wisteria London Ltd will obtain a proof of postage on all Royal Mail deliveries.
We do ask that you wait the allocated time frame before querying where your order is as we use a Royal Mail delivery service that does not allow us to track your order. Royal Mail will only investigate a query once the delivery time scale has passed(unless a tracked service has been selected. We will also provide the tracking number for the tracked service.) We will however keep you informed throughout the delivery process and email you (providing an email has been entered at time of ordering) confirming once the parcel has been dispatched. Once dispatched, the order will be in the care of Royal Mail.
By placing your order you are agreeing to the above Terms and Conditions as set out by Wisteria London Ltd.
RETURNS AND CANCELLATION PERIOD
Any items ordered from the Wisteria London Ltd website can be returned unworn for a full refund within a 14 day period starting from the date of delivery for UK orders only. International customers can return items up to 28 days starting from date of delivery.
Please note due to hygiene reasons and in compliance with EU regulations we cannot accept the return of earrings unless faulty.
Assuming that our returns policy has been adhered to, returned goods will be credited within 7-10 days of receiving them.
Shipping costs will not be refunded unless the item is faulty. You will be responsible for the cost of returning the item(s) and are responsible for the items until they reach us. We suggest that you use a reputable and secure delivery service and retain proof of postage. A refund will only be issued once the returned items have been received back to our warehouse. You will have to provide proof of purchase from Wisteria London Ltd in order to receive a refund.

Cancellation Period
As one of your statutory rights you the consumer have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your purchase (subject to the exemptions stated below)
We kindly ask customers who wish to exercise this right of cancelling their order to return the goods unused in the original packaging with all user tags. You should keep evidence of having given notice of cancellation such as an email receipt.
To cancel your contract you must notify us of your decision by email to info@wisterialondon.com using the subject header ‘Cancellation’ and supplying your order number and address.
Returned items must be in their original packaging in the condition in which they were received. Wisteria London will not accept the return of any item that has been worn. Shipping costs are not refunded unless the item is faulty. You will be responsible for the cost of returning the item(s) and we suggest that you use a secure delivery service that requires a signature for proof of receipt. A refund will only be issued once the returned items have been received back to our warehouse. You will have to provide your proof of purchase from Wisteria London in order to receive a refund.
If you receive an incorrect order we will refund your payment in full including your return carriage. Please contact us in the first instance at info@wisterialondon.com and we will either arrange collection or instruct how to return the goods.
If you receive an item that has been damaged or that is incorrect please email us within 14 days of receipt detailing your order number and a description of the fault/incorrect item(s) to info@wisterialondon.com.
EXCHANGES
We don’t currently offer an exchange service so please return your order using the above instructions and reorder the correct item(s) separately.
